Founded in 1973 by two engineers, it has grown to about 20 offices across nine states, is 100 percent employee owned and ranks in the ENR Top 500 design firms. It hires civil, municipal, transportation and water resources engineers, substation and transmission line engineers and designers, construction technicians, land surveyors, project managers and proposal writers.
