Overview
LV Collective is a real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, that designs, builds, markets, leases and manages student housing and multifamily communities, many under the Rambler brand near university campuses. Operating as Lincoln Ventures LLC and led by founder and CEO David Kanne, it reports a $6 billion development pipeline and more than 16,000 beds, and its LV Hospitality arm runs Austin venues such as Victory Lap, Tiger Lilly and Amaya. It hires regional and community managers, leasing and marketing associates, maintenance technicians, housekeepers, chefs, development managers, analysts and many student interns.
