Overview
The Menta Education Group is a non-profit special education organisation that runs private and public partnership schools for students with autism, emotional disabilities, learning disabilities and other needs, headquartered in Aurora, Illinois. Founded in 1973 by Bob Neubeck and Karen Evans, it has grown to about 36 schools across Arizona, Illinois, Missouri, New Mexico and Texas and follows a policy of no declines, expulsions or suspensions. Its openings are mostly for special education and general education teachers, speech language pathologists, social workers and counselors, school psychologists, behavior analysts and paraprofessional aides.
