Headquartered operationally in Houston, Texas (with corporate incorporation in Hamilton, Bermuda), Nabors Industries Ltd. (NYSE: NBR) is a global energy technology and oilfield services contractor. Founded in 1952, the company operates one of the world's largest land-based drilling rig fleets alongside offshore platform operations across more than 15 countries. Its business is structured across four primary operating segments - U.S. Drilling, International Drilling, Drilling Solutions, and Rig Technologies - delivering automated rig equipment, directional steering systems, tubular running services, and digital rig instrumentation platforms.
