Nartis is a Russian manufacturer of intelligent measuring and control devices headquartered in Cherepovets and established in 2015. The company specializes in the development and mass production of smart electricity, water, and gas meters, as well as communication modules, EV charging stations, and specialized microcontrollers. Operating as part of the NEC Group, the enterprise maintains a 27,000-square-meter production facility with an annual capacity of 2.5 million units to serve the modernization needs of the national energy infrastructure.
