Nemera is a drug delivery device manufacturer headquartered in Lyon, France, designing and producing inhalers, injection devices, nasal and dermal pumps and ophthalmic devices for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and generics companies. Created in 2014 when Montagu bought the pharma device business of Rexam Healthcare, it is now co-owned by Montagu and Astorg, reports sales of about 700 million euros and 3,300 employees, and runs plants in the US, France, Germany, Poland and Brazil. It hires injection molding, tooling and maintenance technicians, quality inspectors, logistics and forklift operators, laboratory technicians and regulatory affairs and cybersecurity staff.
