Overview
Otto Fuchs is a family-owned German metal forming group headquartered in Meinerzhagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, producing forged, extruded and rolled components in aluminium, magnesium, titanium and nickel alloys for the aerospace, automotive, construction and industrial markets. Founded in 1910, the group includes Otto Fuchs Surface Technology, subsidiaries in Hungary and China, Weber Metals in the US, VOGT NDT and the window and facade systems maker Schüco. Current openings are largely apprenticeships, student theses and working-student posts, plus industrial mechanics, foundry and extrusion workers, aircraft window production staff and eddy-current inspectors of aviation parts.
