Overview
Resilience, the trading name of National Resilience, is a biomanufacturing contract development and manufacturing organisation headquartered in Blue Ash, near Cincinnati, Ohio, that develops and produces biologics, cell therapies and sterile drug products for drug developers. Founded in 2020, it operates manufacturing sites in the Cincinnati area including West Chester and in Mississauga, Ontario, and has announced a joint 750 million dollar investment with Lilly to expand US medicine supply. It hires manufacturing and maintenance technicians, quality assurance and quality control staff, process and validation engineers, supervisors and material handlers, many for night shifts.
