Overview
ROP Sharing is a Russian sales consulting and recruitment firm that hires, places and shares heads of sales departments for client companies across Russia and the CIS. Working since 2020, it also builds sales departments from scratch, sets up CRM systems, trains sales managers and audits commercial processes for manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors.
