Overview
SB Energy is a US developer, builder, owner and operator of AI data center campuses and utility-scale power infrastructure, headquartered in Redwood City, California, with further corporate offices in San Diego and Denver. Founded in 2019 as a SoftBank Group company and long backed by Ares Infrastructure, it reports about 5 GW of power operating or under construction and more than $19 billion of project capital raised, and in 2026 drew new investment from SoftBank, OpenAI and NVIDIA. Its openings are for data center and HV electrical engineers, power generation project managers, supply chain and capital markets staff, mostly in Redwood City and at sites in Ohio and Texas.
