Overview
SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder based in Kyiv that co-founds and funds consumer technology businesses, giving founders capital and a shared platform for finance, legal, hiring and facilities. Its portfolio spans EdTech, mental health, petcare and FashionTech apps, including Leaply, Futurra Group, RiseGuide, Duomo, Growly and Dressly, whose products reach more than 10 million users, and it ranked first in the DOU employer rankings in 2024 and second in 2025. It hires product and marketing managers, backend and MarTech engineers, data and marketing analysts, payment, treasury and operations managers, HR business partners and helpdesk engineers for its platform and portfolio companies.
