Overview
Stout is a US advisory firm headquartered in Chicago that provides investment banking, transaction advisory, valuation, accounting and reporting advisory, and disputes, claims and investigations services. Founded in 1991, it serves corporations, private equity firms, law firms and government agencies from offices across the United States and abroad, including New York, Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Cleveland and Los Angeles, and runs a specialist ESOP advisory practice. It hires valuation and transaction advisory analysts, managers and directors, forensic and litigation support specialists, investment bankers, interns and corporate staff such as executive assistants.
