Stratas Foods is an American food manufacturer headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, supplying fats, oils, shortenings, mayonnaise, dressings, sauces, mustard and vinegar to the foodservice, food ingredient and retail private label markets in North America. Formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies and Archer Daniels Midland, it sells brands such as Frymax, Mazola ZT and Sweetex and runs plants in Texas, Illinois, New Jersey, California, Tennessee and Georgia. It hires machine, mixer and forklift operators, maintenance technicians, lab technicians, CDL truck drivers, quality and production managers, food scientists and category managers.
