Overview
Tecovas is a direct-to-consumer western wear brand headquartered in Austin, Texas, that designs and sells handcrafted cowboy boots, work boots, hats and western apparel for men, women and kids online and through its own stores. Founder Paul Hedrick started the company in 2015 by selling boots at markets and fairs, and it now runs a chain of retail stores across the United States, sells through wholesale partners and all products are still designed in Austin. It hires mainly store staff such as sales associates, seasonal associates, team leads and assistant store managers, plus design, wholesale and corporate roles.
