Tenaris is a global manufacturer of seamless and welded steel pipes and related services for the energy industry, supplying casing and tubing, line pipe, coiled tubing and Rig Direct services, with its holding company based in Luxembourg. Formed in 2002 from Siderca, Tamsa and Dalmine within the Techint group, it is listed in New York, Milan and Mexico and runs mills and service centers in Argentina, Mexico, Italy, Romania, the United States and Canada.
