The Nuclear Company is a US nuclear energy startup that aims to deploy fleets of large reactors through a design-once, build-many model, supported by its own AI software platform, the Nuclear Operating System, which integrates project data. It combines new-build development with a services business that supplies travelling technicians for refuelling outages at existing plants such as the Oconee station in South Carolina. It hires siting and sales engineers, reactor services, bolting and long handle tool technicians, electricians and instrument fitters, crane operators, accounting leaders, legal counsel and software interns.
