Overview
Vulcan Energy Resources is a lithium and renewable energy company whose German operations are based in Karlsruhe, developing geothermal brine projects in the Upper Rhine Valley to produce lithium chemicals for European battery makers alongside renewable heat and power. Founded in 2018, it is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, runs a lithium extraction plant in Landau, is building a lithium hydroxide plant in Frankfurt under its Lionheart project, and owns the drilling company Vercana. It hires process, pipeline, mechanical and well engineers, production and shift supervisors, HSE specialists, IT administrators, legal counsel and controllers.
