V.Crew

V.Crew is the crew management arm of V.Group, the London-based ship management and marine services group, recruiting, deploying and managing seafarers for cargo, offshore and leisure vessels. Since 1984 it has grown into a crew supply network of over 44,000 seafarers and offshore staff run from about 60 regional crew offices, supplying crew to a fleet of around 1,000 vessels through centres such as V.Ships Manila, India, Ukraine, Croatia, Poland and Shanghai. It hires engineers, motormen, electricians, chefs, guest service and hotel staff for client cruise lines and ferry operators including MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Marella and Ponant.
