Overview
Wallonie Entreprendre is the public investment and financing group of the Walloon Region in Belgium, supporting companies from startup through growth and transfer. It provides loans, equity participations and guarantees to Walloon small and medium enterprises and larger companies, including venture capital for technology startups. It was created in 2023 through the merger of the regional investment bodies SRIW, Sowalfin and Sogepa and is headquartered in Liège.
