岗位职责 / Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the company’s daily accounting operations in Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and statutory compliance, and be able to independently maintain the company’s financial records while ensuring compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain the company’s general ledger and accounting records in accordance with Kazakhstan accounting standards.

Prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and perform monthly and year-end closing.

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and other accounting records.

Ensure all accounting documents and supporting records are accurate and properly maintained.

Tax & Compliance

Prepare and file all applicable tax returns, including VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), payroll taxes, and other statutory filings.

Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with Kazakhstan tax regulations.

Liaise with tax authorities, external accountants, auditors, and other government agencies.

Support tax audits and statutory reporting requirements.

Payroll

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Calculate salaries, bonuses, leave payments, overtime, and other employee compensation.

Prepare payroll-related tax and social contribution calculations.

Maintain payroll records and statutory payroll reporting.

Banking & Cash Management

Process bank payments and transfers.

Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.

Assist in daily cash management activities.

Financial Support

Prepare routine financial reports and management reports.

Support budgeting and other finance-related tasks assigned by the Finance Manager/CFO.
