Senior Product Manager (Trading)

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager (Trading) and work directly with our CEO on our suite of trading APIs and new product initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you'll be deeply involved in data analysis, customer interactions, and collaboration with engineers from concept to launch. You should have at least 6 years of experience in product management or a related field, a strong understanding of financial markets, and a passion for DeFi.

Missions

• Strategically own the product area, including the existing trading APIs and new initiatives, by developing and executing the product roadmap.
• Utilize customer feedback, internal data, and market insights to inform product decisions and drive product development.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leads, go-to-market teams, and leadership to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Profil recherché

- Expert AI user - you run agents, automate your workflows, and build tooling that multiplies your output

- Able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe

- Technically fluent - you hold your own with engineers on routing, execution quality, latency, and whatever else the problem demands

- Shipped B2B, API, or infra products with real adoption and revenue

- Data-driven - you build your own Dune dashboards and dig into API performance and internal analytics in Grafana, Metabase, or similar

- DeFi-native - onchain trading, perps, dex aggregation. You're the user you're building for

- You exhibit our core values: do the right thing, consistently ship, and focus on long-term impact

- Strong understanding of financial markets

- Experience mentoring or up-leveling other PMs

- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems

- CS background, or an ex-engineer who moved into product

- Founded a company or was an early builder at a technology startup - taking a product from zero to one
