Role

10Pearls is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of complex software engagements. This role combines strong project delivery expertise, technical fluency, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled delivery practices to ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes.

The Senior Technical Project Manager will own day-to-day delivery coordination, planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, and operational execution while working under the direction of the Engagement Lead. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging in technical discussions with architects and developers, managing multiple workstreams, and using AI-enabled tools to improve delivery efficiency and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Expected to operate using AI-native delivery practices and continuously improve execution through AI-enabled planning, coordination, reporting, analysis, and workflow automation
• Delivers end-to-end solutions for clients across multiple disciplines including development, architecture, test, business analysis, and project management knowledge
• Takes complete ownership of the project(s) requirements, timelines, quality and team; including proactive communication with onshore and offshore POCs
• Carries an attitude of high energy and positivity and ensures the same is dissipated in the project teams
• Creates a conducive working environment in the team, helps people bring the best in them by being a supportive leader, polite and firm at the same time in his leadership attitude.
• Proactively engages in the understanding of project scope, requirements, and team structure
• Manages both large- and small-scale projects; manages multiple work streams in parallel including technical and operational activities
• Understands and validates the details of project deliverables as provided by clients and Project Delivery Managers; Identifies, analyzes and closes gaps
• Engages with various internal departments and managers to ensure the projects get the required resources, team and infrastructure for a quality delivery
• Strong decision-making ability based on his/her judgment of project needs
• Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices and evaluates existing project management processes and drives continuous improvement practices; develops clear, efficient and repeatable processes
• Acts as a coach and mentor for PM/APM roles
• Lead team with agile mindset by transferring company culture and values to junior resources
• Collaborating with all project delivery teams with one team approach
• Engages in capability building activities at the organizational level by providing training, experience sharing sessions and process improvement suggestions to peers, colleagues and management
• Engages in technical discussions with architects and developers with enough fluency to make informed delivery decisions, review technical approach, and assess feasibility and risk of proposed solutions
• Uses AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate status reporting, delivery documentation, and risk tracking
• Applies AI-assisted planning and forecasting to improve estimation accuracy and surface delivery risk earlier
• Uses AI coding assistants to read and understand codebases well enough to participate credibly in technical discussions and make informed delivery decisions
• Identifies and champions opportunities to automate repetitive PM work (status reporting, meeting notes, backlog grooming) across the project team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software delivery, including at least 5 years managing software development projects.
• Strong experience managing complex software projects using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle and modern software delivery practices.
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage effectively with software architects, developers, QA, business analysts, and other technical stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing technical approaches, understanding solution architecture at a high level, and assessing technical feasibility and delivery risks.
• 1-2 years of hands-on software development/coding experience.

• Experience working with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled project management or delivery workflows.
• Exposure to Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Architecture, QA, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
• Experience in a technology consulting or digital transformation environment.
• Relevant Agile or Project Management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, estimation, risk management, dependency management, and delivery tracking capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership, make sound decisions, and proactively resolve project challenges.
• Experience coaching and mentoring project management professionals and technical team members.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to improve project delivery, productivity, planning, documentation, or reporting.
• Working knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and how it can be used alongside AI coding assistants to structure, validate, and de-risk software delivery.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
