What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth for internal purposes and multiple clients
• Performing keyword research, developing content strategies, and making on-page optimization recommendations
• Leading link-building campaigns to enhance website authority and credibility
• Performing technical SEO audits, identifying issues, and implementing solutions
• Analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Collaborating with the in-house Content, Web Development, Creative & Motion Design, and UI/UX Design teams
• Setting up, tracking, and optimizing SEO metrics and KPIs
• Communicating SEO goals to clients and managing client calls regarding performance, strategy, and implementation
• Staying up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and technologies
• Proactively developing strategic plans based on evolving SEO best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven experience in developing successful SEO strategies
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights from performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and present SEO strategies to clients
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stay current with SEO trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Experience working with clients or projects in Australia, Europea, or USA

Bonus Points

• Understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or UX principles
• Experience with international domains or multi-language websites

•Knowledge of programmatic SEO or A/B testing
