Job Opportunityat 1Nebula:

As a Junior Business OptimisationEngineeryou will create business value by applying process engineering, data visualization, reporting, and data management disciplines to design and build automated solutions that enable data-driven decisions and optimisedbusiness processes. You will play a pivotal role in identifyingopportunities for improvement within our business operations and developing strategies to optimizeprocesses, reduce costs, and increase overall efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, designand implement process improvements, and contribute to achieving our organizational goals.

What Youwill do within this role (Your key responsibilities):

• Process Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identifybottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Process Mapping:Create accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date process maps that serve as essential tools for process improvement, standardization, and communication within the organization.

• Data Collection and Analysis:Gather and analyze data from various sources to gain insights into business processes.

• Modeling and Simulation:Develop mathematical models and simulations to assess the impact of proposed process changes and optimisationstrategies.

• Recommendations:Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to optimizebusiness processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with different departments to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Continuous Improvement:Continuously monitorthe effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustmentsas needed to drive ongoing improvement.

• Technology Integration:Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and tools that can enhance business processes and support optimisationefforts.

• Documentation:Create and maintaindetailed documentation of process changes, optimisationstrategies, and results.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI would be beneficial

• Excellent communication skills

• Driven and self-motivated

• An inquisitive mind ready to take up any challenge
