Job Title: Program Manager - Product Demonstrations

Location: Torrance, CA (in-office) Reports To: Head of Program Management Operations (PMO)

Position Overview

The Program Manager of Product Demonstrations will own and manage product demonstrations that showcase Epirus defense technology solutions to U.S. and International customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role will ensure that all aspects of completing demonstrations are ready and executed based on the requirements and defined criteria. This includes active coordination between functional departments and external ranges and partners. The ideal candidate has strong program planning skills, a technical mission success mindset, and experience working in complex, compliance-driven domains such as defense, aerospace, or dual-use technology.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of product demonstrations and exercises.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure demo environments and products are prepared for technically accurate and reliable demonstrations.

· Coordinate with internal logistics teams and scope of work with contracted test ranges.

· Maintain a structured process for demo version control and modifications.

· Work closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to align demos with customer requirements, program objectives, and competitive positioning.

· Track demo performance, issues, and customer feedback; drive continuous improvements in reliability and user experience.

· Ensure adherence to security protocols, compliance standards, and handling requirements for sensitive or controlled information.

· Maintain documentation and playbooks for demo operations.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related fields.

· 5 years of project or program management, product operations, or technical coordination in defense or aerospace - including managing cost, schedule, and risk

· Strong understanding of system integration, and cross-functional workflows

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demo streams in parallel

· Clear communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with engineers, executives, and customer stakeholders

· Experience operating in regulated or compliance-oriented environments (e.g., ITAR, DoD requirements)

· Ability to travel for onsite demonstrations and field events as needed.

Preferred Skills and Experience

· Prior experience with RF and Sensing Technology

· Technically curious and detail-oriented.

· Reliable under pressure and adept at managing last-minute changes.

· Comfortable in dynamic environments where requirements evolve.

· Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

As required by the Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. 

For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is:

$114,300—$144,500 USD
