Field Marketing Lead

About the Role

We are looking for our first Field Marketing Lead to build and own this function from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll lead our field marketing strategy, partnering closely with sales, marketing and channel to drive pipeline through hosted events, partner programs, executive dinners, roadshows, and industry conferences.

You’ll manage end-to-end event planning & execution, own the field marketing budget, measure ROI and pipeline impact, and build scalable processes as the function grows.

Experience & Professional Background

• 3-5 years of experience in field and / or channel marketing within B2B cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Experience working with channel partners and building joint marketing programs.
• Proven experience managing both hosted events and sponsored events from planning through execution and post-event follow up and pipeline progression.
• Experience owning marketing budgets and measuring pipeline impact.
• Cybersecurity industry experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in a Series A or Series B startup is a strong advantage.

Skills

• Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline creation.
• Familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity personas and ICPs.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and channel teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
