岗位职责 / Responsibilities

- 负责传感器采集板、电源管理板、通信接口板等硬件设计。

- 完成方案设计、原理图、PCB Layout、器件选型、板级调试、EMC/ESD和可靠性验证。

- 支持电机驱动、电流采样、编码器采集、IMU/力觉传感器采集、电源转换和通信接口。

- 配合嵌入式工程师完成硬件接口验证、驱动调试和故障定位。

- 参与板卡BOM、测试工装、生产测试、问题复盘和量产导入方案设计。

任职要求 / Requirements

- 熟悉模拟电路、数字电路、功率电子、MCU/SoC外设、电源设计和PCB Layout。

- 熟悉信号完整性、电源完整性、接地、屏蔽、EMC/ESD和硬件可靠性设计。

- 能够独立完成硬件方案、原理图、PCB评审、样板调试和问题定位。

- 具备示波器、逻辑分析仪、电子负载、电源、热像仪等调试工具使用经验。

加分项

- 做过伺服驱动器、机器人控制板、电机驱动板、车规电子、BMS、工业控制板或传感器采集板。

- 熟悉三相逆变器、栅极驱动、电流采样、编码器接口、EtherCAT/CAN通信硬件。

- 有从方案设计到板级调试、问题定位、量产导入的完整经验。
