参与灵巧手在具身场景下的算法研发（VLA / 模仿学习 / RL / Sim2Real），从实验设计到真机验证的全流程。
任职要求 / Requirements
硬性要求
- 第一学历 Top2 或海外同级; 博士非必须。
- 具身/机器人/AI 方向顶会一作 ≥1 篇（认定范围：CoRL、RSS、ICRA、IROS、ICML、NeurIPS）。
- 深度学习框架熟练（PyTorch 为主）; 能独立推进实验闭环。
优先
- 近 2 年内有高影响力项目或论文（发表 ≤2 年且引用 >50）。
- 灵巧手/真机部署经历。
面试重点：sense（技术判断力）+ passion（自驱与投入度）。
