PEOPLE OPERATIONS INTERN

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the People Team in the day-to-day operation tasks
• Support with the recruitment process, e.g. Communication with candidates and the hiring departments, Interview scheduling and coordination as well as job posting
• Support the on/off-boarding process
• Take over the responsibility for data maintenance as well as data collection and analysis
• Contribute to the development and improvement of current systems and processes
• Various other projects according to your personal interest and strengths

People & Culture

• Generate a great onboarding experience for new employees through the open-minded personality
• Taking care of employee’s needs and make them feel valued
• Significant influence on the corporate culture

Operations

• Supervise and support the administrative functions of the organization, including:
  • Reception Management
  • Assist in property and facility management to maintain operational efficiency
  • Assist in the management of furnishing and equipment necessary for effective office operations and ensuring accurate tracking and allocation to support operational readiness
  • Assist in the management of office and pantry supplies, ensuring availability and organization
  • Managing health and safety regulations at work
  • Provide communication support to external parties via phone and written correspondence, representing the organization professionally

Your Profile

• A university degree (or being in pursuit of one) with a focus on Human Resource or Business Administration
• Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player
• Work with integrity and be reliable
• Good organizational skills, self-motivated with a pro-active work ethic
• Conscientious worker with high attention to detail
• Good level of verbal and written English. Any other language is a plus.
