We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling technical and commercial preparations for export projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and international requirements.
Responsibilities:
Study project tender documents, specifications, and drawings related to export projects.
Prepare accurate technical and commercial offers in accordance with company standards and export requirements.
Identify and calculate equipment, materials, and labor costs required for each project.
Prepare complete technical submittals for export projects, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Support in handling client technical inquiries and providing appropriate technical solutions.
Ensure all documentation meets export regulations and client requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or relevant engineering discipline).
0–3 years of experience in Technical Office or related field (Export experience is a plus).
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Good understanding of costing and project estimation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop in export project management.
