Associate Manager -Travel Desk

Job Summary

The Travel Desk Executive should be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all travel-related arrangements for employees and guests. This role ensures cost-effective, timely, and smooth travel operations while adhering to company travel policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including air tickets, rail tickets, hotel bookings, local transport, Outstation transport, Travel Insurance, Currency and visas.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees, clients, and management.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes.
• Negotiate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and transport providers to obtain competitive rates.
• Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requirements.
• Maintain records of travel bookings, invoices, and expenses.
• Process travel-related bills and coordinate with the finance team for payments and reimbursements.
• Provide travel support and assistance to employees during their trips.
• Monitor travel costs and prepare periodic travel expense reports
• Maintain strong relationships with travel agencies and service providers.
