Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Electrical Engineering or related field and 3+ years of experience in relevant domain Preferred skill sets GNC Systems: Strong expertise in Guidance, Navigation, and Control algorithms, state estimation, and sensor fusion. Autopilot Software: Practical proficiency with open-source and proprietary platforms. Control Theory: Applied knowledge of PID loop tuning, adaptive control, and system identification tasks. Ground Control Stations (GCS): Working experience with GCS for commanding flights and viewing real-time telemetry. Avionics & Payload Integration: Knowledge of integrating companion computers, cameras, LiDAR, and servo actuators, motors onto airframes. Communications & Data Links: Understanding of RF links, telemetry modems, satellite links, and encryption standards. Electric Propulsion: Familiarity with BLDC motors, Electronic Speed Controllers (ESCs), and Lithium-Polymer (LiPo) battery management systems.
