Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation, nous recherchons un Lead AI Engineer pour accompagner la refonte de la gestion de portefeuille projets et développer des solutions basées sur l’IA générative et l’Agentic AI.

Vos missions

  • Identifier et prioriser les cas d’usage IA à forte valeur ajoutée.

  • Concevoir et développer des agents IA / solutions GenAI : LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, workflows.

  • Développer des services et APIs en Python.

  • Automatiser les processus métiers : reporting, suivi, consolidation et gestion des données.

  • Connecter les agents IA aux différentes sources de données : APIs, bases SQL/NoSQL, fichiers.

  • Participer à l’architecture, l’industrialisation et la mise en production des solutions.

  • Jouer un rôle de référent technique / Lead auprès des équipes.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée en développement Python.

  • Expérience concrète sur des projets IA / GenAI / LLM.

  • Maîtrise ou expérience des agents IA / workflows agentiques.

  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques Data et automatisation.

  • Capacité à prendre un rôle de Lead technique et à accompagner les équipes.

  • Profil hands-on, capable de concevoir et développer les solutions.
