Job Title: Van Field Sales Supervisor

Location: Lagos 

Responsibilities

• To supervise and manage van sales operations within the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, effective market coverage, proper route execution, customer acquisition, and efficient distribution of company products.
• The role is responsible for driving van sales team performance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience driving or supervising van sales operations will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's licence.
