What will you do

วางแผนและบริหารทีม OA เร่งรัดหนี้สิน เพื่อผลักดันการเรียกเก็บหนี้ กลุ่มหนี้เสีย / NPL / write-off ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
ติดตาม ควบคุม อบรม และประเมินผลการทำงานของทีม OA พร้อมเสนอแนวทางเพื่อยกระดับ recovery rate
ดูแลงานเร่งรัดหนี้ทางกฎหมาย: ประสานงานการฟ้องร้อง ดำเนินคดี และกระบวนการชั้นศาล/บังคับคดีร่วมกับฝ่ายกฎหมายภายในและสำนักงานกฎหมาย/OA ภายนอก
ผลักดันงานสืบคดี - การสืบหาตัวลูกหนี้และสืบทรัพย์เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินคดีและเพิ่มโอกาสเรียกคืนหนี้
ติดตามอย่างใกล้ชิดทั้งจำนวนสายที่ติดต่อ คำรับสภาพหนี้/นัดชำระ (PTP) เทียบกับยอดชำระจริง รวมถึงผลงานของทีมโทรและทีมภาคสนาม
ค้นหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ และนำแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก (ฝ่ายกฎหมาย สำนักงานทนายความ เจ้าพนักงานบังคับคดี/ศาล และ OA) เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานราบรื่น
กำกับดูแลให้กิจกรรมเร่งรัดหนี้และการดำเนินคดีทั้งหมดเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและนโยบายบริษัท
ติดตามและรายงานแนวโน้มหนี้ค้างชำระ/หนี้เสีย และประเด็นความเสี่ยงต่อผู้บริหาร
จัดการข้อโต้แย้งและข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ

Who we are looking for

ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การเงิน นิติศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์ด้านเร่งรัดหนี้สินอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
มีประสบการณ์งานหนี้ปลายทาง/หนี้เสีย งานสนับสนุนการฟ้องร้อง หรืองานสืบหาตัวลูกหนี้/สืบทรัพย์
มีความรู้กระบวนการทางกฎหมายในการเร่งรัดหนี้ (การฟ้อง การบังคับคดี) และแนวทางการเร่งรัดหนี้อย่างรับผิดชอบตามหลักเกณฑ์กำกับดูแล
มีทักษะบริหารเวลาและจัดลำดับความสำคัญได้ดีเยี่ยม
มีแนวคิดแบบ data-driven เป็นระบบ และกล้าทดลองสิ่งใหม่
ทำงานได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว
มีความมั่นใจในการตัดสินใจ สื่อสารได้กระชับ ชัดเจน ตรงประเด็น
อาจต้องเดินทางในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล รวมถึงพื้นที่ต่างจังหวัดในบางครั้ง
