Digital Services Engineer (Azure, Linux & Networking)

Join ABB's Remote Diagnostic Services team and help support digital platforms used by industrial

customers worldwide.

In this role, you will work with Microsoft Azure, Linux, networking, and remote connectivity

technologies to help ensure reliable and secure service operations while collaborating with

international teams and experts.

Your Responsibilities

• Support and operate ABB Remote Diagnostic Services.
• Monitor and maintain digital platforms and cloud-based services.
• Analyze operational and diagnostic data.
• Investigate and troubleshoot platform, connectivity, and networking issues.
• Support Microsoft Azure services and Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally with customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of digital services and operational processes.

What We're Looking For - Essential

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu preferred).
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking, including routing, switching, IPv4, DNS, NAT, and port
• forwarding.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with container technologies.
• Experience analyzing network traffic using packet capture and diagnostic tools.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues across customer environments.
