This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the service strategy and drive service growth at the respective unit level. Each day, you will lead the Service organization and be responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of Service resources. You will also showcase your expertise by running the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.

The work model for the role is: This position is hybrid but most of the time it will have to be on site/in the office which is located in our office in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. We will consider relocation for fully qualified candidates.

You will will mainly be responsible for:

• Creates and drives implementation of service strategy as a member of the management team.
• Ensures that strategic plans are implemented consistently in the service organization through collaboration with other businesses.
• Executes service and sales channel strategy within their own area of responsibility.
• Implements productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invests in service sales to increase market penetration.
• Drives consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback (Net Promoter Score - NPS).
• Ensures customer focus, understanding of sense of urgency and care in their own area of responsibility.
• Drives, implements, reports, and monitors performance targets as part of the respective unit P&L (financial, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, etc.).
• Runs the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
• Implements agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
• Invests in improving the quality of existing service products and in developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
• Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• • 15+ years of experience and degree in Engineering highly preferred.
  • Leadership Management experience required.
  • Works in large divisions with complex Service business.
  • Long term strategic planning horizon. Significant impact on financial dimensions.
  • Implement Service strategy and drive Service growth locally at the respective local unit level.
  • Lead the Service organization and is responsible for the P&L to achieve performance targets and to optimize the utilization of service resources.
  • Responsible for end to end service execution, within the Division.
  • You are at ease communication in English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and general industry
  • Customer Centricity & Strong technical knowledge kowledge on systems/products integrated automation & digitalization .
  • Experience and knowledge of automation software , in technical and commercial subjects.
