Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team in Brno, focusing on blue-collar recruitment and the related administrative agenda.

This is a part-time role (50%).
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring a stable pipeline of candidates for production roles based on business needs
- Creating job advertisements, selecting the most effective sourcing channels, and handling related administrative tasks
- Communicating with line managers and HRBPs on recruitment topics
- HR marketing, cooperation with technical secondary schools, participation in school events, and organizing site tours for elementary and secondary schools within the ABB factory
- Monitoring HR trends and proposing and implementing improvements
- Preparing and signing employment contracts for new hires
- Supporting the implementation of new processes, projects, and initiatives
Qualifications for the role
- Secondary school education with a school-leaving exam
- English at at level A2
- Czech or Slovak at a native level
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the Czech labor market and basic understanding of labor law
- Dynamic and decisive personality with a proactive approach
- Resilience, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with people
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Workday is an advantage
