The Opportunity

This position works at Umraniye location in the Established Pharma Division

What You’ll Do

• Assisting Business Unit Director and other team members in the department in terms of all secretarial duties and administrative activities,
• Organizing the meeting and travel organizations,
• Composing communications, letters, memos, assessments, surveys, etc.
• Developing and preparing presentations as required,
• Preparing all the necessary reports regarding departmental activities,
• Managing the documentation,filing, archiving processes efficiently

Required Qualifications

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar executive secretary role or similar position
• Strong communication, organizing and problem-solving skills
• Self-disciplined,self-motivatedand confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
