Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operation of the RPA-based reconciliation system to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Review reconciliation discrepancies identified by the RPA for virtual and physical POS transactions and follow up until resolution
• Follow up with relevant banks on transactions that are not reflected on the bank side
• Track all reconciliation discrepancies through the tracker and keep outstanding items up to date
• Ensure missing bank and POS statements are completed and initiate reconciliation reruns when necessary
• Coordinate the integration of new virtual and physical POS terminals into the reconciliation system
• Share daily reconciliation results with relevant internal teams and ensure effective coordination

Qualifications

• Knowledge of virtual and physical POS and bank reconciliation processes
• Good command of Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working with RPA and automation-based processes
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in payment systems, fintech, banking, financial operations, or reconciliation is preferred
• Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach
• Ability to communicate effectively with banks and cross-functional teams
• Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive working approach
