Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities aligned with iyzico’s strategy
• Analyze payment trends, customer pain points and market gaps to identify and shape new growth opportunities
• Develop new business models and enhance existing ones to drive sustainable growth and profitability
• Assess opportunities through market research, feasibility studies, ROI analysis and P&L projections
• Build clear and compelling business cases and define the key requirements for successful execution
• Translate business opportunities into actionable plans, milestones and measurable targets
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects involving internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders
• Align stakeholders, manage dependencies and drive projects from ideation through execution
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, scalability and profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or strategic project management
• Proven experience in developing business cases, feasibility studies, ROI analyses and P&L projections
• Self-starter with strong commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to identify key requirements, risks and dependencies associated with business opportunities
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects
• Ability to identify key requirements, risks and dependencies and turn complex business challenges into clear action plans
• Analytical, growth-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, technology or digital commerce is a plus
