The Opportunity

This position is located in Tel Aviv within the Abbott Nutrition (AN) Division. We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Junior Specialist. The role is responsible for performing routine Quality Assurance tasks while also maintaining and continuously improving the implemented Quality Management System within the Israel affiliate.

What You’ll Do:

• Register and manage customer and HCP’s complaints in the Trackwise system, ensuring compliance with division timelines.
• Oversee the Batch Release process for Abbott Nutrition products in line with global and local policies/regulations.
• Review and manage invoice checks related to Batch Release activities.
• Support Affiliate Training management in conjunction with the QA Supervisor/Manager.
• Manage Document Control processes: initiate change requests, coordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) edits, route documents for approval, and ensure timely completion and periodic reviews.
• Review and evaluate Supplier Quality activities, including qualification, performance monitoring, audits, and SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) closures, within required timelines.
• Support inspection and audit readiness activities for the Affiliate, as directed by the QA Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in preparing Management Review presentations in collaboration with the QA Supervisor/Manager.
• Monitor and support NCR (non-conformance) initiation, conduct root cause analysis, and oversee CAPA (corrective and preventative actions) implementation and effectiveness tracking.
• Contribute to On-Market Events/Product Actions presentations in partnership with the QA Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role.
• Solid knowledge of Quality Systems and GxP standards.
• Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent professional experience.
• Self-motivated, driven and eager to learn.
• Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and information-gathering skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in Hebrew and English.
• Strong planning, prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
