The Opportunity
This position works out of our Bogotá location in the Nutrition Division.
Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands - including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® and ZonePerfect® - to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.
What You’ll Do
- Develop Marketing Mix Models, including analysis and simulation.
- Support activities related to pricing elasticity.
- Provide governance and support for syndicated data.
- Develop predictive tools
- Deploy Marketing Mix Models using code (R or Python).
- Support pricing analytics and meta-analysis.
- Add value to affiliates through business intelligence.
- Develop tools that enable affiliates to simulate business scenarios
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Economics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in data science, analytics, machine-learning and marketing
- Robust experience applying data science concepts to marketing (i.e., marketing, models)
- Expertise in BI Tools: Power Bi is a plus.
- Expertise in R, SQL, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, Facebook/Google advertising, etc.
- Strong math skills (i.e., statistics, algebra), analytical thinking and business acumen
- Strong data visualization skills and the ability to translate and communicate analytics and insights to non-technical audiences
- Spanish (Native) / English (Fluent)
