De functie Operator B richt zich op het zelfstandig beheersen van meerdere gekoppelde processtappen binnen de productieomgeving, met volledige aandacht voor veiligheid (EHS), kwaliteit (GMP) en procescontrole.

Wat ga jij doen?

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van visuele controles op inkomende materialen en controleren op kwaliteit en integriteit.
  • Uitvoeren van procescontroles en registreren van resultaten volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Bedienen van machines volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en operationele normen en bijdragen aan een hoogwaardig eindproduct.
  • Storingen signaleren en direct actie ondernemen om problemen op te lossen.
  • Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden door bijvoorbeeld de beschikbaarheid van materialen te controleren.
  • Structureel registreren van procesgegevens, KPI's en relevante kwaliteitsinformatie.
  • Technische begeleiding bieden aan operators in opleiding en collega's ondersteunen bij hun ontwikkeling.
  • Verzorgen van on-the-job training en technische coaching in afstemming met de teamleider.

Wat voor kennis en ervaring breng je mee?

  • Minimaal MBO 2 niveau, bij voorkeur technisch gericht, of minimaal 2 jaar relevante productie-ervaring gecombineerd met MBO 2 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Farmaceutisch vakman of gelijkwaardig.
  • Voorkeur voor een VAPRO A/B opleiding.
