Wir freuen uns dabei ganz besonders auf deine eigenen Kreativideen und freuen uns, wenn du dich proaktiv einbringen und in unserem kollegialen Umfeld weiterentwickeln kannst.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstütze im täglichen Business eines übergeordneten Teams mit einem starken Produktportfolio und ergänze uns bei den folgenden Aufgaben:
    • Erstellung von internen und externen Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und -materialien
    • Unterstützung bei der Content-Erstellung für interne Initiativen unterschiedlichster Kanäle
    • Erstellung von Texten und Präsentationen (in Word, PowerPoint, Excel) zur internen Immunologie-Kommunikation
    • Unterstützung bei internen Tagungsvorbereitungen und -umsetzungen
    • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Workshops, übergeordneten Meetings
    • Unterstützung des Teams bei Ad-hoc Aufgaben in laufenden Projekten
    • Unterstützung bei Projekten zum Advanced Customer Engagement

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikations-, Gesundheitswissenschaften oder -ökonomie oder ähnlichen Studiengängen und bist für ein Bachelor / Masterprogramm immatrikuliert
  • Du kannst sehr gut mit den Office-Standardprogrammen umgehen, vor allem im Umgang mit PowerPoint bist du Profi und hast Spaß, dich hier auszutoben
  • Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kreatives Arbeiten macht dir besonders viel Spaß und du magst es, deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen und voranzutreiben
  • Du bringst eine hohe Affinität für digitale Kommunikation mit, erstellst selbst gerne medialen Content, z.B. in Form von Posts, Videos, Reels & Co.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und gewissenhaft und hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
