Responsibilities

  • To call customers and take their orders.
  • To issue sales orders for Supermarket/ HORECA customers.
  • To check and apply total of discount to be given to customers (For specific products and as per the discount list).
  • To update and maintain customer database.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate them to Sales Representatives and the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Send daily planning of sales order.
  • To perform any cognate duties assigned by the HOD/management.    

Ability & Competencies

  • Good Communication skills both in French and English.
  • Relationship Builder with clients.
  • Be organised.
  • Master Classic Office tool.
  • Successful experience in answering and receiving calls.
