MOTOR CAR INSURANCE CAMPAIGN
Our Client is growing their UK customer service team and looking for people based in Cape Town to join a permanent , inbound contact centre campaign. You'll be the calm, friendly voice on the other end of the line for UK customers, Its a strong fit if you have already worked a call centre floor and know what good service sounds like.
Duties & Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from IK based customers only
- Resolve customers queries dearly, calmly and efffecient
- Log call details accurately on internal systems
- Meet quality, produtivity and service-level targets
- Escalates complex issues to the right team
- Represent the brand proffessionally on every call
- 9 Months call centre
- Clear criminal and credit records
- South African Citezen
- Matric ertificate passed
