岗位职责

1. 负责公司产品焊接工艺研发、制定、优化与落地执行，严格依据美国焊接学会（AWS）美标焊接体系开展工艺设计，编制WPS焊接工艺规程、PQR焊接工艺评定报告等全套工艺文件，确保所有焊接工艺符合美标规范及项目技术要求。

2. 主导焊接工艺评定、焊接性能测试、焊缝质量分析工作，针对压力容器、管道管件等各类产品的焊接工序，解决生产过程中出现的焊接变形、气孔、裂纹、未焊透等工艺缺陷和技术难题，提升焊接成品合格率。

3. 熟悉AWS各类美标焊接标准，负责对接海外项目、外贸订单的焊接技术审核工作，核对客户美标技术要求，完成焊接方案合规性评审，确保产品焊接质量、工艺体系完全符合美国行业标准及项目验收规范。

4. 负责焊接操作人员的美标焊接工艺培训、技术交底及实操指导，规范一线焊接作业流程，统一美标焊接作业标准，提升团队整体焊接技术水平和标准化作业能力。

5. 跟进焊接原材料、焊材选型与验收，依据美标要求审核焊材适配性，把控焊接工序全过程质量，配合质检部门完成焊缝无损检测、外观检测、性能检测等质量管控工作。

6. 负责焊接工艺文件、评定报告、标准规范的整理、归档、更新与管理，建立完善的美标焊接工艺体系，配合客户审核、第三方认证及工厂体系审核工作。

7. 跟踪行业美标焊接新技术、新工艺、新标准，结合公司产品特点优化焊接工艺，降本增效，提升产品焊接质量与市场竞争力。

任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历，焊接工程、材料成型及控制工程、机械工程等相关专业，5年及以上工业焊接工艺工程师相关工作经验，有液冷行业，半导体行业及新能源管道管路实操经验者优先。

2. 必须持有美国焊接学会AWS官方认证证书（AWS CWI焊接检验师、AWS CWEng等相关证书均可，持证优先、证书等级优异者优先）。

3. 精通美国AWS美标焊接标准体系，熟练掌握AWS D18.1,B31.1,B31.3等常用美标焊接规范，能够独立完成美标焊接工艺评定、工艺文件编制与审核工作。

4. 熟练掌握碳钢、不锈钢、合金钢等常用材质的焊接特性，熟悉氩弧焊、埋弧焊、气保焊、手工电弧焊等主流焊接工艺，能精准解决各类美标焊接生产技术问题。

5. 具备独立解读英文焊接技术图纸、英文美标规范文件的能力，可独立完成外贸项目焊接技术对接与合规整改。

6. 熟悉焊接质量检测标准，了解UT、RT、MT、PT等无损检测工艺，具备焊接缺陷分析、质量整改、工艺优化的实操能力。

7. 工作严谨负责、逻辑清晰，具备良好的技术沟通能力、问题解决能力和团队协作意识，能适应项目进度要求，高效完成各项技术工作。
