Replace interior and exterior lamps, ballasts, and related lighting components
Assist engineers and maintenance staff with general building maintenance tasks
Safely use ladders, lifts, and other equipment to access elevated work areas
Follow all safety procedures and company policies while performing duties
Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean and organized manner
Respond to work orders during weekdays and weekends as scheduled

1 year of experience as a lamper and maintenance
Must be able to work with ladders and not afraid of heights
Lift more than 50lbs
Must be able to work on weekdays early or late and weekends
Must speak English
