Main Functions- Serves as a subject matter expert on logistics for operational teams.
- Acts as a specialist in aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation, and camp services, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective logistics delivery.
- Demonstrates strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels without relying on formal authority.
- May be responsible for some or all of the duties listed under the responsibilities section.
In addition to all Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities, the Level 3 Logistics Specialist will
- Collaborate with Aviation and Procurement teams to optimize both helicopter and fixed-wing transportation.
- Ensure all logistics support activities adhere to company processes and controls.
- Provide expert guidance for remote, onshore, and offshore logistics, including marine support commissioning, material transfers, and startup procedures.
- Participate in emergency preparedness planning, training, and drills.
- Provide further technical and functional support as required.
